Patanjali Oats are made from raw broken coarse oats. It contains essential fibre (roughage) with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants It can be made as both sweat or salty recipes.
1. For every cup of oats, add one large glass of water in a pan.
2. Cook for 3 mins on medium flame or microwave for 3 mins on full power. stir occasionally.
3. Mix well and serve hot. add salt, vegetables and garnish, if required.
